I haven't been posting this past week due to full knee replacement surgery on March 23rd. It's been an entertaining time during all the prep work and now post-op work, but I'm getting along okay. The Good Lord has been by my side and the pain, discomfort and lack of sleep hasn't been all that bad. My wife and I also adopted a new puppy dog we have named Abby. She's an eight month old Italian Greyhound. Active little girl, she is! She's also a blessing to my heart, as I look at her and my heart just melts. Especially in the mornings when she is full of energy and happy to see us again after a (hopefully!) long night of rest! There is nothing like lying in bed with the one you love while playing with a puppy. Talk about relaxing stress relief!
