When you lose touch with the Spirit, you lose touch with yourself. When you lose touch with yourself, you lose yourself in the world.
Your innermost sense of self, of who you are, is inseparable from the Spirit. This is the “I Am” that is deeper than name and form.
The Spirit is your essential nature. Without the Spirit, there would be no perception, no thoughts, no world. You are the Spirit, disguised as a person.
The heart filled with positive attributes of the Spirit has very little room for angry reactions.
